Frik du Preez

Frik graduated (LLB) at the University of Johannesburg in 2008. Frik also achieved the Diploma in Practical Legal Training in 2008. After serving as Candidate Attorney for two years he along with his partners decided to start their own firm. Frik has vast experience in Criminal and Family Law and has proven himself to be very successful in this field of law.

Frik is passionate about the technical aspects of the law and specialises in speeding and driving under the influence cases as well as more serious crimes like murder and fraud cases.

He believes in assisting clients in preventing litigation and seeking alternatives like the route of diversion if available, which is far less stressful for the client and their families. Frik has proven to be very successful in obtaining diversion programs for his clients – resulting in no criminal record.

An interest in the more technical areas of the law has seen Frik starting a specialist Civil claims against the State department in 2013 which has seen great success on the field of Wrongful arrests and Malicious prosecution.

Pieter Spruyt

Pieter graduated at the University of Potchefstroom (PU vir CHO) in 1998. Pieter gained experience working as an attorney for one of the biggest firms on the Westrand; Pieter is a specialist litigant in civil law.

He is a persuasive and supportive communicator, blending legal expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills while interacting efficiently with professional consultants, clients and legal role-players. Pieter is renowned for meticulous and thorough preparation and strives for excellence in presenting all cases.

Pieter having a drive for perfection is head of our RAF department and has seen to the growth of this department by collaberating and setting up of service level agreements between the various roleplayers ensuring a smooth and trouble free claim process.
